Financial Information

Our insurance coordinators deal with many different insurance companies. We must emphasize that as dental care professionals, our relationship is with you and not with your insurance company. We will make every effort to provide you with an accurate coverage estimate based on information available to us at the time but you are ultimately responsible for knowing the details of your benefits. At times, it is almost impossible to accurately estimate our patient’s insurance co payment. Many insurance companies will not apply benefits or give out fees until after treatment is rendered and not all services are covered benefits in all contracts. Deductibles or estimated co payments are collected at the time of service. This is meant to assist you as a partial payment. This is not intended as full payment for the services rendered. As a courtesy we will file your insurance claim. Upon receipt of your insurance payment, you will be responsible for payment of balances not covered by your insurance company. We ask that you keep us informed of any changes to your insurance policy.

For your convenience we accept cash, check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover as well as CareCredit).  If you have received a statement, you can call the office and make payment over the phone or mail in your payment.
